Healthcare Technology and News: CHS Offers Full-Service Onsite Health Center for Seaboard Foods


Comprehensive Health Services, or CHS, announced the expansion of its onsite health centers nationwide. CHS’ HybridHealth onsite health clinics utilize the company’s proprietary onsite health technology. Optic, have been selected by Seaboard Foods, a division of Seaboard Corporation, for predictive, preemptive health care and health-related risk management.

Comprehensive Health Services, Inc. health centers nationwide provide exam programs and rapid response medical readiness teams.

Seaboard Foods workforce health facility will be located near the company’s processing plant in Guymon, OK. CHS will develop primary care programs and services for Seaboard’s employees, as well as dependants two years of age and over. The program will include preventative care and screenings, episodic care, disease management and health coaching.

The new clinic will also provide occupational care such as pre-employment screenings and care of the injured worker. Health risk management, health coaching, well child, well woman, and diagnostic laboratory services will also be offered.

The facility will include five examination rooms with one dedicated to pediatric care in an efficient floor plan. Clinic hours will be Monday through Friday with some evening and Saturday hours available to provide convenient access to patients.

CHS Director of Health and Wellness Monica Byrd says, “Through our personalized approach, CHS specially-trained Health Coaches utilize assessment and behavior change tools, as well as educational materials, to motivate participants to identify individual drivers and learn techniques to take charge of their health. Participants complete biometric screening and health assessments which cover topics such as health, nutrition, stress management, and willingness to change behavior. Wellness outcome and behavioral goals are set collaboratively by the coach and the participant. Telephonic or face-to-face follow up coaching is conducted until participants reach their desired behavioral and outcome goals. This is as an important part of the CHS health care system.”

Comprehensive Health Services has more than 30 years of established catering to health needs of major corporations and government agencies. It is an independent provider of onsite health centers, nationwide exam programs and rapid-response medical readiness teams.
