It primarily focuses on integrated end-to-end outsourcing and delivering transformational benefits to its clients through low costs, ongoing productivity improvements, and process reengineering.
ARO which was founded in 1986 provides innovative solutions to the insurance, healthcare and financial services industries, leveraging on their proprietary best in the industry platforms X-Dox, VT Audit & VT health tools for supporting traditional and non-traditional life insurance and annuities. ARO’s services also include sophisticated, higher end knowledge based outsourcing solutions and integrated sales, administration support through its licensed agents in life, property casualty insurance and healthcare sector. ARO’s business model is based upon a unique framework of a virtual workforce, it is also sometimes known as remote workforce.
ARO refers to it as a work-at-home model, which goes beyond just being a virtual contact center. By merging ARO and Dibon BPO, the resulting company will phenomenally improve operating leverage and global presence. The collaborated companies will be able to offer the advantages of on site, near shore, and offshore resources to customers for all BPO services including contact center support.
Jay Nanda, Dibon’s Co-Founder, had announced earlier that the acquisition would be the next logical step in building their global BPO business. The deal will also help the company to bring together a union of domain expertise, operations and technology. ARO will help Dibon to broaden their diverse BPO service capabilities in Insurance and Healthcare verticals which will all nearly double their size in this fast growing segment. Nanda also further added that the transaction represents an excellent strategic fit.
