Amcom Software updated its communications call center suite recently by introducing radio frequency identification (RFID) capabilities. Amcom now becomes a provider of mission-critical call center software as it can offer automated, accurate, staff location and management with RFID.
This technology automatically updates critical information such as the location of medical staff enabling easy contact. Amcom offers automated precision to hospital call centers increasing their efficiency and effectiveness in responding to emergencies without having to depend on manual update processes.

As personnel enter details regarding their entry, exit or change of locations within a facility the contact records within the Amcom system will get updated. When there is a query in the call center then the personnel can be reached instantly via their preferred means of messaging.
