Corepoint Health, specializing in healthcare integration software, and Champion Medical Technologies, announced a comprehensive integration solution for health care facilities that require seamless integration with Champion Medical Technology applications like GraftTracker and UDITracker.
Explaining the solution, Champion Medical an applied information technology company providing innovative tissue and implant tracking said that case entry data is transmitted from Corepoint Integration Engine directly into the GraftTracker and UDITracker applications via a secure Web services protocol.

Corepoint Health offers an integration platform that can easily develop and test interfaces and facilitate communication of electronic data between healthcare applications. In case of applications like GraftTracker and UDITracker, a straightforward HL7 integration solution is present which also leverages Web services-based communication solutions for their health care customers.
Through HL7 integration patient data is delivered from a customer’s surgery or operating room application to UDITracker or GraftTracker. After which data changes are mapped with Corepoint Integration Engine and then communicated directly into Champion Medical Technologies’ application through Web services.
Champion Medical Technologies and Corepoint Health are striving to deliver a cost-effective, robust integration solution for customers leveraging HL7 standards, XML, and other data formats.

In January 2011 Corepoint Health successfully completed interoperability certification testing of Corepoint Integration Engine at the North American Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) Connectathon in Chicago.
