CareCloud Surpasses Record Revenue Growth, Secures Funding for Expansion

CareCloud, a leading provider of cloud-based software and services for doctors and medical providers, announced on Monday that its second quarter of 2013 saw the company beat its record quarterly revenue increase, and also represented its 14th consecutive quarter of growth.

According to a press release published through Yahoo Finance, the constant growth that CareCloud is experiencing helped the company secure $20 million in Series B funding, as well allowing the successful launch of its Practice Profitability Index (PPI).

“The second quarter saw CareCloud expand and enrich its product offering, which is fueling a record number of new client signings across all market segments,” Albert Santalo, Chairman and CEO of CareCloud, said in a statement. “We are continuing to see success in scaling our offering to serve new enterprise clients, and whether it’s a large integrated delivery system or solo physician practice looking to replace their legacy practice management system to adhere to new billing regulations, cloud-based technologies like CareCloud’s are increasingly becoming the go-to solution in the marketplace.”

“The launch of the PPI gives CareCloud a unique platform to advocate for our clients,” continued Santalo, “as well as caregivers at large as they attempt to deal with the increasingly complex healthcare delivery system, learn about and adopt new cloud-based technologies, and ultimately look for new ways to balance operational demands with their desire to deliver outstanding care.”

Having experienced continuous growth over the past three years, it’s clear that doctors and other healthcare providers are agreeing that cloud-based services from CareCloud are turning into a common factor in today’s modern healthcare management.

CareCloud is a cloud-based practice management, electronic health record (EHR), and medical billing software and services provider for several medical groups. Serving more than 4.5 million patients in the United States, CareCloud’s products offer providers as well as their patients the ability to access their healthcare information digitally from any device or browser.
