Trizetto, an IT solutions company in healthcare, got thumbs up from its third-party administrators who lauded the company’s flexible solutions.
According to one of the clients, Key Benefit Adminstrators (KBA), which serves 200,000 members, Trizetto’s flexible QicLink enterprise core administration system fits well with their constantly evolving business model. The Indianapolis-based company provides a dozen healthcare payers fully-insured plans that come with medical benefits, accident and cancer coverage. TriZetto’s benefits administration solution helps the company streamline its alternative and traditional plan designs on a stable, scalable platform.
Through a Premier Partnership Program, TriZettos’ client employees have benefited from a population health management solution that has kept health care costs below the inflation rate. The company offers a suite of fairly priced vendor tools and services that come integrated with its core platform.
“Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) are a great opportunity for TPAs,” said Steve Rasnick, TriZetto’s President of Client Self-Insured Plans LLC. By saving money for their clients, ACOs that use TriZetto’s integrated solution help control claim costs, improve population health and administer self-funded benefits for commercial markets.
Naples, a Self Insured Plans company has also benefited from TriZetto’s services. The company has adapted to offer value to its services by prioritizing cost control through risk management, and in putting more emphasis on managing population health. TriZetto provides expert staff and trained examiners to offer customer service and administer claims for its clients.
TriZetto serves 107 TPAs that support self-funded medical and dental claims of their 6 million members. These TPAs provide consumer-driven, long-term and Medicare plans with the help of TriZetto’s Premier Partnership Program. On the QicLink Claims administration platform, these businesses improve their members’ lives through efficient, competitive and managed risk plans. TriZetto’s solutions are used by over 100,000 care providers and they touch over half of the insured U.S. population.
