Dell Certified Partnerships are offered to only those vendors who meet specific sales, customer service and training requirements. PDS has been successful in joining the program as an Enterprise Architecture Certified Partner.

The clients of PDS receive Medical IT expertise gained over years 15 years of installing, configuring and maintaining Dell computers, servers and other IT equipment. PDS, as a Dell Certified partner, will now have access to exclusive partner-only training, which will further increase its Dell computer expertise.
The new and existing PDS customers will be able to receive priority support from Dell technicians as well as advantageous pricing. This facility, to them can be only made available through Certified Partners.

Dell, during ISV Partner Program. Through the Dell S&P organization, Dell customers get the facility to license these Knoa products.
