Capella Healthcare has selected
Ultimate Software’s UltiPro to manage its human resources, payroll, recruitment and performance functions.
Ultimate Software’s UltiPro automatically tracks all HR-related information about the company’s employees. This includes employment history, performance, job, and salary information, career development, and health and wellness programs.
Companies can also record key information for government compliance and reporting with UltiPro. UltiPro also ensures compliance with U.S. and Canadian legislation for protecting sensitive data such as employee social security or social insurance numbers.
To handle its increasingly complex needs and provide more sophisticated reporting capabilities, Capella Healthcare was looking for an integrated solution with comprehensive, end-to-end workforce management functionality. The company also wanted the solution provider to manage the solution infrastructure, including applying version upgrades. Handling day-to-day system and hardware maintenance was also a priority for the company.
