Hyper-targeted Retail Couponing for Pharmacies Launched by CellepathicRx


CellepathicRx’s suite of mobile and multimedia pharmacy solutions has been upgraded. Apart from driving pharmacy traffic, the hyper-targeted retail couponing will purportedly help to build store loyalty for retail pharmacies.

CellepathicRx provides HIPAA-compliant, client-branded, mobile health software-as-a-service or SaaS solutions. CellepathicRx clients are able to deliver customer communication with technologies like SMS text, QR Codes, mobile web and apps for all major smartphone and feature phone platforms as well as e-mail and interactive voice response technology.

CellepathicRx offers a suite of mobile and multimedia pharmacy solutions. The “will call” and “bin management” modules of the solutions help in reducing script abandonment. The suite of solutions features mobile refill, refill reminders, dosage reminders, patient-configured reminders and scheduling. The solutions also feature mobile diary and self-reporting of patients. Patients are educated and are also provided tips and condition-specific information. The suite of solutions bears no upfront hardware or software capital expenditure.

Front-of-the-store pharmacy traffic will be driven with hyper-targeted offers and coupons for retail customers through mobile couponing offered by the upgraded release, building store loyalty among patients.
