Home Health Agencies Rates Axxess' Agencycore as the Best Software for Industry

In a recently conducted survey, home health software users were given the task of rating various software. The criteria they were given were simplicity of use, features of workflow, overall features, compliance, online access, innovation, training, customer support as well as technology platform. Axxess was able to remain on top in when it came to area of training as well as customer support. Home Health software users repeatedly spoke of the standard of training and support that was being given by Axxess.

In a release, Diana Cahill, Sales Manager said, “We offer unlimited training because we know that once the agencies understand the platform from the beginning, it reduces our need to provide a lot of ongoing support. It is in our interest to ensure that our customers learn at their own pace and learn the platform thoroughly.
