CitiusTech Joins Covisint's Certified Service Partner Program

Covisint Corporation, a provider of a cloud engagement platform, recently announced that CitiusTech, a provider of healthcare technology services and solutions, is the newest member of Covisint's Certified Service Partner Program. As a member of the program, CitiusTech will use the Covisint platform to enhance healthcare workflows and facilitate more seamless exchange of information.

The cloud engagement platform from Covisint creates, integrates, and enables new mission-critical external business processes. The secure set of technologies for cloud-based identity and access management, portals and collaboration, data exchange and integration, and application access and development – creates and enables the extended enterprise. This enables organizations to connect, engage, and collaborate with all their relevant constituents – customers, business partners, and suppliers – whatever the location, protocol, platform or device.

"Our cloud platform is a key enabler to connecting healthcare and the transformation that is underway across the industry," said Covisint CEO Sam Inman. "CitiusTech's capabilities and people bring a wealth of healthcare knowledge and expertise, and having them join our services partner network strengthens the delivery of our platform in healthcare."

Launched in May 2014, Covisint’s Certified Service Partner Program emphasizes on offering the Covisint platform to help customers progress in their digital business advantage, and securely connect, engage and collaborate with their own ecosystem of customers and business partners. The new partner program also helps the participating partner organizations get consultants trained and certified on Covisint technology and methodologies.

"We are really excited to partner with Covisint," said Rizwan Koita, CEO, CitiusTech. "Our joint vision of facilitating cloud capabilities for collaboration and engagement resonates strongly with the emerging needs of the healthcare industry."

In related news, Covisint was recently named a "major player" according to independent analyst firm IDC in its latest report: IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Federated Identity Management and Single Sign-On 2014 Vendor Assessment. The officials from Covisint said that company was recognized for its operational excellence, ability to use new technologies, and excellent customer satisfaction.
