Comings & Goings: REACH Health Announces Industry Veteran as New CEO

REACH Health has long been one of the country’s leading providers of telemedicine software. Now the company is hoping to take the next step by announcing a new CEO and president. Steve McGraw has succeeded Richard Otto who is retiring from his position. The company announced that Otto will be working closely with McGraw during the transition.

"Richard has been a significant contributor in getting REACH to where it is today and I am very pleased to lead the company into its next growth phase," McGraw said in a release concerning the change in leadership. "Telemedicine is a multi-billion dollar market and is a real game changer for improving patient care.  REACH Health's Enterprise Telemedicine Software is uniquely positioned to provide faster and more comprehensive care than any other technology in the market."

McGraw has a career that has spanned more than 25 years in the technology based business world. Telemedicine is one area that is starting to grow quickly as more solutions make the practice that much easier. REACH decided that now was the time to bring in someone who had firsthand knowledge of growing the sector. As well as working in the telemedicine field, the company’s new CEO has spent time in the cloud-based market.

In his prior position as CEO of Compliance 360, the lead the team who turned the firm into the top provider of GRC solutions for the healthcare and insurance industry. REACH has been growing in the field quite a bit over the last few months thanks in large part to partnerships with several Fortune 500 firms. Last spring, the company announced it had formed a partnership with Rubbermaid in order to come up a new design geared towards improving mobile telemedicine cart.

The company expects McGraw to lead it as it makes similar moves to secure high profile partnerships moving forward.
