i3 Analytics, a Maryland-based data analytics startup focused on the biopharma industry, today released its i3 Navigator Suite of products, which gives users instant access to data points to do competitive analysis on clinical trials, receive the latest news and alerts from around the industry, and identify key opinion leaders in the world of biopharma.
The i3 Navigator Suite allows “data analytics and visualizations for over 200,000 clinical trials across all therapeutic areas, tens of thousands of leading scientific experts, and updated news alerts on user-specified areas of interest,” according to a recent statement.
i3 Analytics developed its i3 Navigator suite by working closely with a top worldwide pharmaceutical companies.
Using the i3 Navigator suite, users around the world can sift through over six million biopharma documents in seconds to answer day-to-day research and business intelligence questions.
Commonly referred to as “big data,” many companies around the world are seeing the attraction of being able to pore through mounds of data to draw instant conclusions and make immediate decisions.
IBM and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York announced in March that they are collaborating on the development of a Watson-based service that will help the hospital group mine the most current and comprehensive information available to help doctors with cancer diagnosis and treatment.
The i3 Navigator Suite offers a proprietary interface that makes sense of high volumes of data and a “deep linking” technology that draws connections between millions of disparate documents to show patterns and trends.
Additionally, the i3 Navigator suite is priced to get information into the hands of key decision makers without steep learning curves or expensive license fees, the source noted.
i3 Analytics will demonstrate the product suite on August 23, during a free webinar geared toward organizations in the biopharma industry.
