Newbold Practice Management, a division of Newbold Business Solutions that serves small to medium sized healthcare providers in South Carolina, has announced that it will be adding the full line of MaxxVault solutions to their product offerings.
"The one common thread throughout any healthcare facility is the high volume of paper and electronic documents," said Jay Bubar, CEO of Newbold Practice Management, in a statement.
Bubar also said that MaxxVault provides a very robust set of tools to help with all aspects of document management.
He added that its workflow capabilities also make processing insurance claims and other workflow tasks easy, while the security tools ensure that documents are kept confidential.
With integration directly into clinical systems, MaxxVault makes it easy for healthcare workers and administrators to find the documents they need from a unified records system.
"Healthcare is one of the most complex and regulated industries, which is why Newbold's services are so valuable," said Bruce Malyon, CEO of MaxxVault LLC.
Malyon also commented that like any other operation, there are financial and administrative needs and obligations which consume time and resources, adding that in the healthcare industry, there are also very stringent regulations for the management of private and confidential medical records.
Malyon said that Newbold Practice Management has the experience, expertise and tools to help healthcare providers manage any aspect of their operations in compliance with patient, regulatory, and business requirements.
“As a kind of 'doctor' for Healthcare, Newbold will diagnose and treat inefficiencies, lessen risk and improve the overall health of each clinic they aid. We are proud that they have chosen to add MaxxVault to their solutions for greater profitability and improved patient care," he said.
MaxxVault LLC provides software solutions for the management, distribution and control of corporate documents.
Earlier in June, MaxxVault and Imaging Solutions, a document solutions provider in Asheville, NC, had announced that Imaging Solutions has added MaxxVault to their portfolio of solutions.
