Mnet Releases a Newly Refined Pre-Collection System for Healthcare

The Pre-Collection Services increase your cash flow as you get your outstanding balance form your clients on time. When new communication technologies merge with the Pre-Collection Service, it makes the work efficient.

To restructure the value chain of health care payment methods, Mnet Financial, Inc., the company to provide patient Pre-Collections, Collections and Payment Services for Ambulatory Surgical Centers and Hospitals throughout the United States, has announced a focus on the use of new communication technologies in Pre-Collection Services. Mnet's Pre-Collection Services are available online to any healthcare provider. Hospitals, clinics and other health centers have options to utilize Pre-Collection Services independently or as an integrated framework consisting of Pre-Collections Services, Collections Services and a complete Payment Solution.

According to a press release, the company will be using new technologies, including SMS, or text messaging, email communication, voice messaging and auto-dialer, which have all been integrated into existing processes in Mnet Financial's Pre-Collection system.

Pre-Collection Services have been defined and refined, and are handled in a HIPAA-compliant fashion. One advantage of Pre-Collection Services is that Mnet's collection agents are often more familiar with the amount that a patient owes and how the insurance company arrived at that figure for the patient.

These new technologies, including SMS, or text messaging, email communication, voice messaging and auto-dialer, have all been integrated into existing processes in Mnet Financial's Pre-Collection system.

"In the case of text messaging, for example, most people believe that a text message will be opened and that a response will be given, which makes it a valuable tool," says Mnet Financial CEO, David Hamilton.

With the help of these technologies, payment collection agents working in Mnet Financial's Pre-Collection department will be able to build rapport with patients of Mnet's clients.

"The healthcare collection landscape has changed - in many cases for the better. New technologies have made the process easier for both the healthcare providers and the patients that they treat," added Mnet Financial CEO, David Hamilton.
