Known as a provider of scheduling tools for doctors, dentists and schools, Transverse LLC announced that Archiosoft chose its TRACT all-in-one management and billing platform to offer clients for subscriptions, discounts and payment options.
“TRACT gives us the flexibility to repurpose and integrate different offerings according to our target audiences’ needs and preferences,” Mark Chiles, CEO and co-founder of Archiosoft said in a statement. “With TRACT, we can create tailored customer billing based on different parameters and variables for each service, audience and device type.”
Choosing TRACT not only allows Archiosoft to target its services for clients, but it can do so while cutting costs on infrastructure or licensing fees. The services range from simple to sophisticated, including the ArcStats cloud-based infrastructure monitor, E scheduler for physicians and class project management. Auto-subscriptions allow TRACT to manage all discounts, payments and renewals.
Archiosoft hopes that the change will benefit customers because it simplifies the billing processes for any doctor, dentist or schools. The new platform also gives Archiosoft the opportunity to help businesses improve customer relations and experiences. As a company, they understand what services the customers need and what problems they encounter on a day-to-day basis.
