ExpeData Expands its Healthcare Partner Ecosystem


ExpeData is currently expanding its healthcare partner ecosystem and also announced new products at HIMSS 2012.

ExpeData, an innovative software company and provider of natural input technologies, also had onsite presence during the event.

ExpeData has several dynamic partners including Integrated Document Solutions (IDS), Nightingale Informatix Corporation and Centrix Group. The company and its partners are working towards helping healthcare facilities adopt EHR systems.

The adoption has increased since the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act passed in 2009.

ExpeData offers a range of solutions for the growing Healthcare industry. These solutions successfully automate mobile data collection workflows using Anoto digital pens and tablet devices (iOS and Android).

The company claims these solutions can ease the transition to electronic medical records and increases staff productivity. ExpeData also elaborating on its partners noting Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) to be a healthcare technology firm providing solutions for clinical documentation and complex workflows in the cloud.

IDS showcased the digital writing technology integrated with their workflow portal AbbaDox at HIMSS 2012.

Another partner, Nightingale Informatix Corporation, announced the first product from the Clinipen joint venture with ExpeData. Clinipen makes the transition from paper records to EMR as seamless as possible for physicians.

Finally, ExpeData spoke about Centrix Group, a practice management company, which integrated the digital writing technology provided by ExpeData into its cloud-based EHR system.

Scheduled for launch in March of this year, the solution leverages digital pens to capture the data at the point of care and integrate directly into the records system.

ExpeData was in the news last year when it discussed and showcased the latest solutions for distribution channel data capture optimization at LOMA's 2011 Emerging Technology Conference held October 6-7, 2011 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
