The Mesothelioma Victims Center now offers unparalleled free services to all citizens and veterans of the United States.
Mesothelioma is an extremely rare cancer that is usually caused by an over exposure to asbestos. The disease is known to be fatal in most cases and physically painful for the individual.
“About 250 US citizens are diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called mesothelioma each month. Of this group, one third served in the US Navy, another third worked in oil refineries, power plants, in shipyards, mines, as plumbers, pipe fitters, boiler technicians, city, or county municipal water workers, or auto repair technicians,” said the group.
Typically, the average U.S. mesothelioma victim is between 67 and 80-years-old.
The Mesothelioma Victims Center said, “More often than not mesothelioma is diagnosed three, four or even five decades after the exposure to asbestos. As an example it is not uncommon for us to talk to Navy Veterans of the Korean War era, or individuals who worked for a defense contractor in the 1950’s, or 1960’s.”
In Dec. the center successfully created the Mesothelioma Victims Bill of Rights which included:
- The names of the most reputable, successful mesothelioma attorneys and/or trial lawyers.
- A customized mesothelioma cancer treatment options report that tells the individual exactly what are their options, in the specific area, region, and nation.
- The Mesothelioma Victims Center is always on available on phone to help family members and victims deal with the disease. This also includes assistance with hospice or any other need the family may have.
According to the group, they are the only ones in the nation “that offers unsurpassed free services like a customized mesothelioma treatment options reports, or the names, and contacts for the best mesothelioma attorneys in the United States.”
