Infor has formed a partnership with ROI Healthcare that will expand Infor's market share in the healthcare industry.
ROI Healthcare, which provides technology consulting services for a wide range of healthcare providers, will now oversee the implementation, planning and deployment processes for providers that utilize Infor's Lawson suite.
Lawson's components are designed to unite procurement, analytics, financial management and personnel management into a single solution. Lawson's four main modules, which include Enterprise Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management and Analytics, can also be supplemented by solutions for risk management and asset management.
Each component provides functions that can be deployed not only by private sector industries but also by public sector agencies and healthcare providers. Enterprise Financial Management, for instance, includes not only basic financial tracking and budgeting but also grant management and student activity management.
Also, cloud capability and mobile applications allow healthcare providers and staff to have anywhere access to practice management information.
One of the biggest advantages of a solution like Infor Lawson is the ability to take siloed data from multiple departments and to consolidate it so that it's accessible from any part of the healthcare enterprise.
