Connectyx Launches New Line of Products and Services for the Healthcare BPO Industry


Connectyx Technologies Holdings Group, Inc., in collaboration with one of the popular names in call-center services, CallCenterTeam.com have introduced an innovative range of products and services in the healthcare sector. The joint venture strategizes the elements of profitability to provide novel services in the field of health services.

Connectyx provides comprehensive, innovative and specialized products that encompass all the needs, required for a good, healthy living. Their wide ranges of services that are outsourced, contribute to maintaining fitness, and put the entire community in an advantageous position. Connectyx's consumer product, MedFlash PHM, is an easy to use Personal Health and Lifestyle Manager that is accessible using a powerful web portal suite. This service helps in storing health record information that come in handy when faced with an accident or emergency. The other features of MedFlash include assistance in disease management systems, medical transcription, revenue cycle proficiency, and medical billing consultancy services.

CallCenterTeam.com specializes in all form of call center services and is a BPO unit that offers diverse services and technological inputs in the marketing outsourcing domain.

Ronn Schuman, the chief executive officer of Connectyx Technologies Holdings Group, Inc. said that by taking advantage of the CallCenterTeam services, the joint venture can expect a return of over a few billion dollars in revenue. Schuman added that Connectyx will continue to market and promote its health and wellness MedFlash product(s), but they believed that timing was of prime importance. He further added that there is a significant opportunity for healthcare BPO growth as global software and outsourcing firms are projecting deals worth $10 billion to $16 billion in this space due to various regulatory policies and healthcare reforms adopted by the US government. He concluded by saying that as an IT vendor, they fully expect  IT vendors in the exploding healthcare BPO industry to win 50 percent of these market opportunities by 2015.

Kenneth Schwartz, the chief executive officer of CallCenterTeam.com, hoped that that their services coupled with Connectyx Inc., will deliver a minimum Health Care BPO revenue of $3 million by the end of 2013, as their BPO team offers sales and marketing answers by providing healthcare strategies.

Nelson Hall research firm has estimated that the US healthcare market will be reaching the goal of $4.6 trillion by the year 2020. Moreover, the outsourcing opportunity would be increased from $14.5 billion in the year 2011 to $22.5 billion in the year 2015.

With the help of partners, Connectyx is planning in assisting the U.S. healthcare sector with upgraded technologies for promotional healthcare needs, which is the main aim of the venture that the companies have jointly undertaken. With lower administrative costs and higher technological output, the coalition is predicted to reach new heights of healthcare upgrading using the BPO industry.
