CCSi Awarded Position on $20 Billion CIO-SP3 IDIQ Contract Vehicle
Creative Computing Solutions has been awarded a position on the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) CIO-SP3 IDIQ. The company delivers program/project management services, security and information assurance solutions, and enterprise systems engineering to the federal government and its Quality Management Program based on ISO, CMMI, PMI, and ITIL standards.
For the uninitiated, CIO-SP3 is a replacement to the popular CIO-SP2i and the Image World2 New Dimensions GWACs and the newly signed IT contract centers on health and biomedical-related IT services with a 10- year period of performance, signifying new business for CCSi. The IDIQ has a ceiling of $20 billion and comprises of 10 task areas, which are all related to health-related missions. Due to its newfound position, CCSi will compete for task orders to deliver services that enhance its healthcare service offerings from upgrading current health IT systems to IT clinical support services to telemedicine. The 10 task areas include: Healthcare IT Services, Chief Information Officer (CIO) Support, Imaging, Outsourcing, IT Operations and Maintenance, Integration Services, Government Outsourcing, Critical Infrastructure Protection and Information Assurance, Digital Government, Enterprise Management Systems, and Software Development.
Currently CCSi is working with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA's) through the transformation of My HealtheVet (MHV), a free, online Personal Health Record, that tells veterans about their health rights. It is also active in the support of initiatives like DoD TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), Force Health Protection and Readiness (FHP&R), Defense Health Board (DHB), Defense Center of Excellence (DCoE) for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Psychological Health (PH), and DoD Health Affairs.
