eLearning Company, Knowledge Anywhere Inc., Announces New Merger


A strategic move will combine the talent and expertise of two companies involved, enabling an expanded presence in the healthcare industry. Together, Labelle Strategic Resources and Talon IP Communications of NC, LLC will move to change the traditional content deployment and delivery system for eLearning content and healthcare informatics. 

The two companies will work under the name, Knowledge Anywhere Inc., creating a new project dedicated to mobile platform applications, healthcare EMR customization, integration between multiple delivery systems, and providing new course development solutions.

Knowledge Anywhere said it will help to increase performance. “Knowledge gaps are areas in your organization where there is an absence of critical information. Transferring knowledge effectively and efficiently will produce measurable results and increase performance. Knowledge Solutions leverage technologies that close your knowledge gaps,” said the company. “Knowledge Anywhere business Knowledge Solutions consultants understand your business goals as well as your business needs. We have a strong stable full of best-of-breed technologies that work together to fill your knowledge gaps.”

Charlie Gillette, Knowledge Anywhere founder and president, said this merger would help both companies to make a larger impact in the industry. “This is a unique opportunity. This combination of talented team members will add tremendous value to customers. This merger will allow us to extend our technology platform and broaden our technical resources to the organization can extend its leadership,” said Gillette.

The company will specifically focus on knowledge deployment, content editor, quest track (a management and reporting service), corporate cast (online video-based training center), collaboration, professional services, and mobile quest (mobile alerts and solutions).

President and Founder of Talon IP Communications, Mike Linville, said it seemed like a normal progression to bring both of these companies together for one goal.
