LDM Group and Ateb Announce Partnership

LDM Group LLC (LDM), a provider of behavior based health management programs, has reached a significant partnership agreement with Ateb, Inc., a major player in pharmacy based patient messaging solutions.

Thanks to the pact, LDM would now be able to expand its innovative adherence solution offerings by adding Ateb's Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to its network of pharmacy partners.

Officials with LDM said that adding to the company’s successful CarePoints suite of adherence solutions, CarePhone incorporates Ateb’s proven IVR adherence platform providing communications directly, to the right patient at the right time, to help the patient manage their medication therapy.

Company officials pointed out that this solution will make it possible to have personalized, interactive and relevant communication exchange based on the patient’s prescription history.

CarePhone will interact with patients in a personal way, and encourage them to comply with their medication(s) as prescribed.

“LDM consistently seeks ways to deliver patient centric health and wellness solutions to our partners, and Ateb's cutting edge technology allows us to keep that as our main focus,” said Mark Heinold, president of LDM Group, in a statement.

“With the CarePhone program implemented in our network of pharmacies, we are providing a powerful tool to extend pharmacy relations, increase patient retention and build brand loyalty,” said Heinold.

Frank Sheppard, CEO and president at Ateb said that, “This is a true win-win. Ateb’s network of pharmacies will benefit from an expanded sales force that will be focused on driving sponsored campaigns. The manufacturers will benefit from the expanded reach provided by the combined pharmacy networks of LDM and Ateb.”

“In the ever-changing healthcare industry, we understand that delivering innovative solutions for pharmacies and healthcare marketers is critical. This partnership with LDM marks another important milestone in our effort to deliver better patient health outcomes,” said Sheppard.

Back in February, LDM had announced that it has reached a significant partnership with MediResource Inc. (MRI), a leading developer of consumer health information and disease management solutions.

The new partnership combines the strength and value of both companies to provide industry leading online, point-of-care and mobile patient information and education solutions.
