Healthcare Technology and News: Foundations Recovery Network Picks Core Solutions' WebCare Platform


Core Solutions, a provider of Electronic Health Record solutions and enterprise software for the behavioral health and human services industry, has announced that Foundations Recovery Network has licensed its WebCare platform for their new electronic environment.
 
Brentwood, Tenn.-based Foundations Recovery Network maintains comprehensive treatment facilities to help those with drug and alcohol addictions. It treats persons with a dual diagnosis of substance addiction and mental health disorders. The facilities are located in Atlanta, Palm Springs, Malibu and Memphis.
 
Ravi Ganesan, president at Core Solutions, said that this organization is devoted to providing clients with the level of quality care that can only be achieve through innovative technology. And, “We believe WebCare will allow Foundations to do this.”
 
Using Core Solutions’ WebCare technology platform, the agency expects to maintain accurate, streamlined information using. With the deployment of the software, it seeks to increase productivity, improve internal workflow, collect and manage concrete electronic data, and provide accurate electronic submissions to their payors.
 
“We have found a Web-enabled platform that addresses our commercial business needs through multiple electronic formats and provides an elegant, easy to navigate interface for our staff,” said Lee Pepper, chief information officer at Foundations Recovery Network.
 
With the addition of Foundations Recovery Network to the Core Solutions family of clients, there are eleven States with agencies currently using Core Solutions WebCare platform to eleven.
 
Last year in November, Core Solutions announced that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania awarded a competitively-bid contract for the replacement of the Client Information System (CIS) for the Department of Health.
