nVoq in Pact with Ingram Micro to Resell nVoq SayIt Voice Recognition Solution

nVoq, a provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, announced its distribution alliance with Ingram Micro, a technology distributor targeting the U.S. healthcare industry. As part of the national distributor partnership, Ingram Micro resellers will be certified to resell and support the nVoq SayIt voice recognition solution to their customers.

Recently, nVoq announced that SayIt lets agents speak call notes, e-mails and chats instead of typing them. It converts speech to text in real time with 98 percent accuracy, versus the 50 to 70 percent typing accuracy of the average call-center agent.

“The SayIt solution is a great value-added offering for our reseller partners serving the U.S. Healthcare community,” said Michael Humke, senior director of Vertical Markets for Ingram Micro U.S, in a statement.

“SayIt's ease of use and affordable pricing combined with nVoq's inclusive approach to channel partnerships offers a great value proposition to IT resellers focused on the Healthcare market,” Humke added.

Leveraging the SaaS subscription model, both provider groups and hospitals can deploy SayIt to healthcare workers who may be using voice recognition for the first time. This is significant for the healthcare industry as many physician offices are struggling with implementing Electronic Medical Records.

Ingram Micro, the IM Health program and the new Ingram Micro Healthcare Partner Network provide us with a terrific foundation to penetrate the U.S. Healthcare market,” said Charles Corfield, founder and chief executive officer of nVoq.

“Ingram Micro has been a major force in the IT industry for many years. We look forward to working with the Ingram Micro reseller community to build a winning value proposition around SayIt for their customers,” Corfield added.
