KeyBridge Medical Revenue Management Hires New Account Manager to Support Its Indiana Expansion

In an attempt to grab the opportunities in Indiana’s growing healthcare revenue management solutions market, KeyBridge Medical Revenue Management, a provider of accounts receivable management services announced an expansion effort for the Indiana market.

KeyBridge offers hospitals and large medical group practices the ability to streamline their accounts receivable management processes and collect patient payments while preserving relationships. The company holds that its accounts receivable management technology helps its clients incorporate patient-friendly practices into the revenue collection process. This helps hospitals maintain good client relationships and reduce the cost of recovery.

As part of its market expansion, KeyBridge hired business development expert Jeff Osborne as account manager. Osborne brings more than 12 years of account management, client services and business development experience to the position, KeyBridge revealed in a press release.

“There is great opportunity to bring our healthcare revenue management solutions to Indiana hospitals and medical group practices. Establishing a presence in Indiana will enable us to effectively serve clients while demonstrating our commitment to the market,” Scott Koenig, president of KeyBridge.

“Attracting and preserving patient relationships is a major driver of the profitability of hospitals and large group medical practices. I look forward to working closely with the Indiana healthcare community to ensure that revenue collection processes are both patient friendly and ultimately more successful,” Osborne said in a statement.

Earlier this month, KeyBridge Medical Revenue Management announced the release of the latest version of its proprietary online client services interface, iPortal. A value-added service for KeyBridge clients, iPortal gives hospitals and medical group practices valuable insight into the revenue collection process.
