AppNeta, Arcadia Solutions Team on Managed Performance Services for Healthcare


Healthcare consulting firm Arcadia Solutions and managed service provider (MSP) AppNeta have teamed up to identify and resolve performance issues between ambulatory practices and the Electronic Health Record (EHR) application. The companies will use AppNeta's PathView Cloud Solution in tandem with Arcadia's Managed Services team.

AppNeta's SaaS solution is designed to facilitate exceptional performance for business-critical applications. When used with Arcadia's Managed Services portfolio, the companies can offer complete insight and analysis of application and network performance, as well as improve end-user experience and satisfaction with the EHR.

Arcadia will be able to quickly identify the root cause of issues, regardless of whether they are within the application or the network itself. The company will also be able to resolve performance issues and resume customers' usage of the EHR quickly. Arcadia is focused on providing support and proactive monitoring for all aspects of the EHR application and infrastructure, including business-based broadband services for a private cloud, SaaS-based EHR or a direct network connection to the hospital data center where the EHR is hosted.

The company supports more than 500 providers across 250 locations and ensures their EHR and supporting infrastructure performs above industry standard SLAs. AppNeta's SaaS solutions bring together detailed application performance insight, end-user monitoring and 360-degree network performance visibility. Offerings give customers a broad and granular view into performance issues from the application through to the network and the client.
