With replication and backup solutions, we made progress but did not have any certainty that after a restore, critical applications would actually function. By using VirtualSharp's ReliableDR in a VMware virtualized infrastructure with NetApp storage, we now have that certainty."
Martin Bloem, the ICT Service Delivery Manager at Vivium Care Group, went on to add in the same release, "The beauty of the combined NetApp and VirtualSharp solution is the testing automation of the recovery site. VirtualSharp verifies that the servers and applications are operational, and reports what the total time of the Disaster Recovery process would be. In case of an emergency, we can now bring back production systems with the simple push of a button."
