StayinFront, DataFlux Collaborate to Improve Data Purity in Healthcare Market

StayinFront Inc., a global provider of customer relationship management systems and mobile sales force effectiveness tools, is expanding its partnership with DataFlux, a source of data management solutions.

DataFlux's Data Management Platform will serve as an integral component of StayinFront's Mater Data Management services, in order to enhance overall data quality for StayinFront's clients from the Life Sciences industry.

The combined DataFlux and StayinFront data management solution allows companies to validate and improve the overall stewardship of existing data against third party sources more quickly than was possible before.

The healthcare, pharmaceutical and biological research industries have extremely high standards for quality of data, and it is easy to understand why. Lost data either through attrition, corruption or some other means is detrimental to the business function of an organization in some other industry, but for those dealing in health sciences, that data could very well be a matter of life or death.

"Life Sciences organizations face unique challenges with respect to data quality,” said Sam Barclay, Executive Vice President and Managing Director North America of StayinFront. “Poor data quality is a compliance risk. It also increases cost and diminishes the effectiveness of the sales force. By partnering with DataFlux, StayinFront's Mater Data Management Services will help companies maximize the overall value of their data. Sales and marketing effectiveness is enhanced by virtue of better targeting, operational expenses are reduced and compliance is improved."

The partnership represents the awareness of both companies to the needs of their customers. This vigilance and foresight is sure to carve a market niche for both of them. While neither is the top competitor in its particular industry, the nimble response to market demands will ensure that both are profitable and growing.
