Donor Dialogue Announces DRM Touch Blood Donor Recruitment Management System



Donor Dialogue, a division of Dialogue Marketing, Inc., recently announced that its software-as-a-service (SaaS) version of its DRM Touch blood donor recruitment management system, called DRM Touch Web Scheduler is now available. The announcement was made at the Association of Donor Recruitmenst Professionals (ADRP) 2011 Conference.

“We are committed to providing the blood industry with well-designed solutions that help improve overall operations,” said Doug Emig, president of Donor Dialogue, in a statement. “Without a large capital expense or infrastructure investment, the DRM Touch Web Scheduler service offeringwill position smaller hospitals and collection centers to effectively improve their donor management and recruiting efforts. As a result, smaller facilities no longer have to compromise their donor recruitment management system due to cost and technology constraints.”

Continuing to serve blood collection industry’s donor recruitment needs through technology resources and expertise, Donor Dialogue has designed DRM Touch Web Scheduler specifically for hospitals and smaller donor collection centers. The solution enables hospitals and donor centers with fewer donors and financial resources to benefit from many of the same capabilities that much larger centers using DRM Touch enjoy. It is also available as an online, hosted solution.  

DRM Touch Web Scheduler and other solutions from Donor Dialogue enable hospitals to increase the operating efficiencies of their donor programs. Moreover, with these solutions, blood centers can also ensure remain cost effectiveness, which minimizes the overall need for blood resource sharing.
